Returns
Our commitment to quality is unwavering, and we strive to select fabrics known for their luxurious feel, and durability, but we understand that things happen.
If you are not completely happy with your purchase, just return it! You have 5 days from the date of delivery to return an item for a full refund to the original payment method.
All sales on intimates, swimwear, bodysuits, hats, accessories, and jewelry are made final after purchase, and cannot be returned.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be unwashed, and must have no visible or odorous signs of wear or use, with the tags and labels attached, in the original packaging.
Please Note: Do Not return the package to the address on the invoice and bill, that is not the return address.
Return Steps:
Click the profile icon in the store's navigation, or go to the refund policy or a returns page, and then request a return.
Log in to your account:
1. In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue".
2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
Click "Submit request".
If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you will receive a refund.
If you have any issues completing your return, send an email to Admin@showboatboutique.com with the following information:
- Order/Invoice#
- Style#
- Color
- Quantity
- Reason for Return
- Photo of Damaged Item(s)
Once your email is received, we will notify you that we have received your email, investigate and assist with troubleshooting as needed.
Upon approval, you will receive a confirmation with a Return Authorization (RA) number and the return address will be provided
The return authorization (RA) number must be provided in the original packaging
You may purchase an $8.95 return label or select self-shipping, recommended with tracking
If you select the self-service option, Showboat Boutique is not responsible for lost items.
*Please allow 10 business days for your order to be processed from the date we receive it.
If your item is ineligible for a return, you may be subject to a 25% restocking and 4.99 handling fee. Unapproved items can be returned at your expense.
Sale/Clearance items
Sales/Clearance items are final sales and cannot be returned.
